Category 1
Qualification : SSLC/ VHSC/PLUS 2 PASS
Nature and tenure : For 3 years under Training & Development Scheme
Of engagement
Age : Above 18 years and below 25 years as on 01.09.2015.
Stipend:
1st year - Rs 6000/-p.m.
2nd year - Rs 6500/-p.m.
3rd year - Rs 7000/-p.m.
Category 2
Qualification : ITI PASS WITH SSLC PASS
(Trade –Fitter, MMTM, Machinist, Sheet metal, Turner)
Nature and tenure : For 3 years under Training & Development Scheme
Of engagement
Age : Above 18 years and below 25 years as on 01.09.2015.
Stipend:
1st year - Rs 6500/-p.m.
2nd year - Rs 7000/-p.m.
3rd year - Rs 7500/-p.m.
Category 3
Qualification : B.SC Chemistry/Physics/Mathematics
Nature and tenure : For 3 years under Training & Development Scheme
Of engagement
Age : Above 18 years and below 25 years as on 01.09.2015.
Stipend:
1st year - Rs 7000/-p.m.
2nd year - Rs 7500/-p.m.
3rd year - Rs 8000/-p.m.
General conditions
a) Reservation as per Govt. of India Rules.
b) Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
c) The above training will not confer any claim /right or otherwise for consideration for regular employment in the company.
d) The training will be for a period of 3 years only which could be reduced at the discretion of the Company without notice and without assigning any reason what so ever.
e) The training will be at any of the production units of HLL Lifecare Ltd.
f) Those who have undergone training once in Company under this scheme are not eligible to apply.
