HLL Lifecare Limited, a Mini Ratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India looks out for personnel for Training in Akkulam Factory under its Training & Development Scheme as given below to enable them to seek eventual employment elsewhere.

Stipend for SSLC    1^st year     -         Rs.7500/- p.m.       Rs.150, Rs.450 and Rs.750 per                                                                                         
                                2^nd year    -             Rs.8000/- p.m.     + Month based on attendance as                        
                                3^rd year     -            Rs.8500/- p.m.     clean room allowance for I,II, &III  year respectively.

Stipend for ITI          1^st year     -        Rs.8000/- p.m.       Rs.150, Rs.450 and Rs.750 per
                                 2^nd year    -       Rs.8500/- p.m.     + month based on attendance as                                
                                 3^rd year     -         Rs.9000/- p.m.     clean room allowance for I, II &III year respectively.

GRADUATE TRAINEE
 
Qualification:      Science Graduates with minimum 50%. (45% for SC/ST)

Nature and Tenure of engagement-3 years under Training & Development Scheme
 
Maximum Age:   Above 18 years and below 30 years as on 01.05.2019
 
Stipend:                              1^st year     -             Rs.8500/- p.m.
                                            2^nd year   -             Rs.9000/- p.m.
                                            3^rd year    -             Rs.9500/- p.m.
 
General conditions
 

1. Reservation as per Govt. of India Rules
2. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
3. The above training will not confer on them any claim as of right or otherwise for consideration for regular employment in the Company.
4. The training will be for a period of 3 years only which could be reduced at the discretion of the Company without notice and without assigning any reason what so ever.
5. The training will be at AKKULAM FACTORY, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM.
6. Those who are over qualified will not be considered.
7. The candidates attending WALK-IN-SELECTION TEST should bring the following:-

1. Original certificates to prove age, qualification and experience if any.
2. SC/ST candidates to bring certificates obtained from competent authority.
3. OBC Candidates to bring creamy layer certificates from competent authority.
4. One recent passport size photograph.
5. Copies of the above certificates attested by the Gazetted Officer.
