CERTIFICATE COURSE IN PHLEBOTOMY TECHNICIAN at HL Bhavan , Mumbai

HLL Management Academy (HMA), promoted by HLL Lifecare Ltd., a Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, invites applications for admission to the Certificate Program in PHLEBOTOMY TECHNICIAN commencing in March 2017. Details are given below:

1. Eligibility Qualification : Plus

2 in Science 2. Age limit : Below 25 yrs. as on 01.01.2017

3. Application fee : Rs. 200/- For SC/ST candidates: Rs.100/- (Caste certificate issued by the Thahsildar should be accompanied with the application failing which the application will be rejected)

4. Duration of the course : Three months (ten weeks theory and practical and two weeks internship)

5. Venue of Training : Class room training will be at HMA, at HLL Bhavan, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai- 410210, Maharashtra

6. Placement Support: HMA will extent placement support to the students who pass the exam.

8. Pass of the course: 50% marks is required for a pass. Those who secure 50% or more marks in the examination (for both theory and on-the job training) will be issued Certificate.

9. Last date for submission of Application : 02.03.2017

10.Submission of application : Interested candidates may apply in the application form given below and send filled in application along with all documents to prove eligibility criteria like qualification, age, date of birth, caste certificate by candidates belonging to SC/ST category
Application form can be had from the Office of the H M A, at Keston Road, Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram-03, on payment of Rs.200/- (Rs. 100/- for SC/ST) by cheque/DD favouring HLL Management Academy, payable at Thiruvananthapuram. Those who download the application form from the website should accompany DD for Rs. 200/- (Rs.100/- for SC / ST) along with the application failing which the application will not be considered.
Application shall be addressed to HLL Management Academy, TC4/1607(1), Keston Road, Kowdiar P O, Thiruvananthapuram-695003. The cover containing the application should be superscribed “Application for Admission to Certificate course in Phlebetomy Technician” and should reach H M A on or before 02.03.2017.
