Appellate Authority
In line with the implementation of the Right to Information Act 2005 in our Company Transparency Officer, Appellate Authority and Public Information Officer are appointed by designating Mr E. A. Subramanian, Director (Technical and Operations) as Transparency Officer, Mr P. Sreekumar, Company Secretary & Senior Vice President (HR) as Appellate Authority and Mrs Beena Achan, Head (Legal) as Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) of the company. With a view to co-ordinate requests for Information from different units and regional offices of Marketing Departments, the following officers are designated as Assistant Public Information Officers (APIOs).

The above officers designated as Assistant Public Information Officers (APIOs)of the company will assist Public Information Officer(PIO) by collecting the required information when asked for it as per the Act and send to the PIO through their Controlling Officer/ Unit Chief and Director (Marketing) in case of Marketing Department. PIO of the company will furnish the information to the person requested, in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
This Order is issued with the approval of the competent authority.
