QUALITY INSPECTOR (On Fixed Term Contract basis)

(On Fixed Term Contract basis. The initial period of contract will be for ONE (1) year extendable for further period, subject to attendance and performance).

 35 Essential: Post Graduate Diploma in Plastic Processing Technology
 
 
Essential: Minimum 3 Years experience in Injection molding of plastics. Consolidated pay:
Rs.25,000/- per month
Trivandrum/ Coimbatore
 
 Job Responsibility :
 
  1. QA inspector reviews protocols, qualifies and validates procedure documented and approved by HLL. The QA inspector ensures that such procedures at the Outsource facility are meticulously followed
  2. If a manufactured product does not meet quality specifications, the QA inspector investigates and reports production line failures recommends corrective & prevention action (CAPA) and ensures CAPA is implemented.
  3. The QA inspector also test samples to verify that goods comply with standard specification.
  4. The QA inspector will be responsible to the process; initiating die modification and validation and documentation of the same.
  5. The QA inspector will be responsible for supplying 100% defect free components to HLL site.
