Healthcare Services Division of HLL has set up HINDLABS Diagnostic Centre and Speciality Clinic in Trivandrum and is also in the process of setting up Diagnostic Center in other parts of Kerala, for which, HLL is on the look out for dynamic, performance and value driven candidates for the following position on Fixed Tenure Contract basis.

Deputy Manager (Operations) -  Healthcare Services

Essential: MBA (Hospital Management/ Hospital Administration/ Marketing /MHA/M.sc MLT/ M.Sc Medical Imaging / Biochemistry/ Medical Microbiology) Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in the Management of Diagnostic Center or Hospital

 
 
Tasks (Job profile):
 
1.    Overall management of the Diagnostic Center and Speciality Clinic.
2.    Marketing and Business Development activities
3.    Materials Management.
4.    Management of resources such as Finance and Human Resources.
5.    Customer Relations Management.
6.    Project Management.
 
 
 
 
Consolidated pay range
(For Fixed Term Contract engagement):           Rs25,000/-to40,000/-per month
 
(The consolidated pay will be fixed within the pay range depending on the qualification, experience and the current pay drawn by the candidate.  The consolidated pay will be inclusive of all allowances and benefits).

Maximum Age:  45 years as on 01/08/2016.
 
Upper age relaxation will be given to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH, as per Government of India Rules in this regard.
 
Candidates are requested to fill up the Application Blank attached herewith affixing their latest passport size photograph, which has to be produced at the time of verification of certificates.
 
Please bring all certificates in original along with attested copies to prove age, qualification, experience and latest salary certificate with break-up. SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates should produce their Community Certificate in original from the concerned Revenue Authorities. Failure to produce the above certificates in original will disqualify from appearing for the selection test.
