Healthcare Services Division of HLL is setting up HINDLABS CT SCANCenters throughout UP state for which HLL is looking for dynamic and performance driven candidates for the following positions on Fixed Tenure Contract basis and also under the Training & Development Scheme of the company.

Degree in Radiography/ Medical radiological technology/Medical imaging technology/diploma in radiological technology. Minimum1 year experience in CT operations

Selection will be based on the qualification, experience and the marks in the written. Shortlisted candidates need to appear for a skill test and those who are qualifying in the skill test alone will be allowed to attend the written test. Duration for the written test is 30 minutes and the maximum marks is 50.
Age: Maximum 37 years as on 01.04.2017.
Interested and eligible candidates may walk-in for selection test between 10.00 AM and 01.00 PM.

Essential : Graduate in Bio Medical Engineering / Radiology

5 years’ experience in Hospital/Diagnostic Services
Essential- 2 years’ experience in managing / Diagnostic/ Healthcare facility  
1.    Overall management  of Hindlabs Imaging & Tele Radiology operations in UP
2.    Ensures compliance with all corporate policy/ procedures in the Diagnostic centers
3.    Formulation and implementation of all the SOP's for the Imaging centers.
4.    Fosters customer confidence in diagnostic services.
5.    Supervising and training staff in the performance of Diagnostic Centre functions - both administrative and technical operating procedures. Evaluation of staff proficiency and performance.
6.    Understanding customer requirements and ensure high quality customers services.
7.    Analysis of test information to determine operating efficiency of processes and equipment and diagnosis of problems and malfunctionsif any and rectifying the same
8.    Developing and Maintenance of congenial working atmosphere and work culture.
9.    Maintenance of open communication with the Operations Head and the HR department
10. Maintenanceof training, calibration, QC and testing records.
Preparation of daily / monthly / quarterly MIS reports.

Graduation Essential : 2 year of post qualification experience medical transcription / Data entry preferably in diagnostics services 1.      Perform data entry and data retrieval services, providing data for inclusion in medical records and for transmission to physicians.
2.      Produce medical reports, correspondence, records, patient-care information, statistics, medical research, and administrative material.
3.      Provides dictated reports in printed or electronic form for physicians' review, signature, and corrections, and for inclusion in patients' medical records.

General Conditions
  1. Upper age relaxation will be given to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH, as per Government of India Rules in this regard.

3.    Candidates are requested to fill up the Application Blank attached herewith affixing their latest passport size photograph, which has to be produced at the time of verification of certificates.
4.    Appointment will be on Fixed Tenure Contract basis.
  1. Candidates are required to bring all certificates in original along with attested copies to prove age, qualification, experience and latest salary certificate with break-up. SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates should produce their Community Certificate in original from the concerned Revenue Authorities. Failure to produce the above certificates in original will disqualify from appearing for the selection test.
