  1. Shall look after day to day routine activities of the lab
  2. To coordinate  timely calibration of all equipment, monitoring and maintain of quality indicators
  3. Training of new technicians , coordinating collection center logistics.
  4. To coordinate   in report generating and supervising all the Technicians of the Biochemistry / Microbiology lab.
  5. To coordinate  in the  programming of Biochemistry  test parameters and the  necessary quality controls, shall have knowledge of  quality policies like NABL accreditation procedures and  Assist in setting the lab mean values for each tests etc.

  1. Coordinate with senior staff in the discharge of their responsibilities including release of routine test reports
  2. They also assist in Phlebotomy as and when needed
