JUNIOR MANAGER (TECHNICAL)
Requirements
Maximum Age: 37 years as on 01.07.2026
Basic pay range: Rs. 20000-40000 /-
Gross Salary: Rs. 42220.00 (Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
Annual CTC: Rs. 6.08 Lakhs (Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
Qualification:
Essential: BE./B.Tech (Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) / Electronics Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering) from a recognized University / Institution.
Post Qualification Experience:
Desirable: Relevant experience in EMC-EMI/RF Microwave Laboratory/ Electronics Testing Laboratory.
Candidate will be given preference if work experience is in NABL/BIS Accredited Laboratory.
Desired Technical Experience
Candidate should possess hands-on experience in:

Conducted Emission (CE) Testing

Radiated Emission (RE) Testing

Conducted Immunity Testing
-
Radiated Immunity Testing
-
EFT/Surge/voltage dip/ESD Testing

Harmonics & Flicker Testing
-
Microwave/RF Measurements
-
Operation of EMC Test Equipment including:

EMI Receiver/Spectrum Analyzer.

Good knowledge of operating Oscilloscope.

LISN/Harmonics Analyzer
-
Anechoic/Semi Anechoic Chamber
-
RF Power Amplifiers
-
Signal Generators
-
Antennas & Field Probes
Also, Candidate should have knowledge of:

ISO/IEC 17025 requirements

NABL Guidelines
-
BIS Recognition Procedures
-
CISPR/IEC/IS Standards related to EMC-EMI /RF Testing

Preparation/review of:

Test Reports
