ASSOCIATE GENERAL MANAGER – ALLIED HEALTHCARE SERVICES
Requirements
Maximum Age: 50 years as on 01.08.2026
Basic pay range: Rs. 70000 - 95000
Gross Salary: Rs.148890.00 (Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
Annual CTC: ₹20.69 Lakhs (Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale
Qualification:
Essential: Graduation in Science with MBA Marketing
Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: Minimum 18 years of post-qualification experience in healthcare, medical education, public health programmes. Experience in planning and implementing large-scale healthcare or education projects, stakeholder coordination, project management, policy implementation, and institutional capacity building.
Desirable: Experience in managing national or state-level healthcare capacity-building initiatives involving Central/State Governments, inter-agency collaborations, academic institutions, or healthcare organizations. Familiarity with Allied and Healthcare Professional education, PMU operations, digital monitoring systems, and fund management will be an added advantage.
