Associate Manager (Artificial Intelligence & Digital Transformation)
Requirements
Maximum Age: 37 years as on 01.09.2026
Basic pay range: Rs. 25,000 – 45,000 per month (Associate Manager FTC scale)
Gross Salary: Rs. 50675.00 (Non-Metro) at the minimum of the scale.
Annual CTC: 7.28 Lakhs (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
Qualification:
Essential: BE / B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology / Software Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks from a reputed university recognized by UGC.
Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: Minimum 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience in software/application development, AI-enabled applications, Generative AI/Agentic AI, Python programming, enterprise software solutions, database technologies and implementation of digital solutions.
Experience in the end-to-end software development lifecycle – including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, system integration and implementation – is desirable.
