HLL Lifecare Limited (HLL), India's leading manufacturers and marketers of contraceptive, Health Care and Pharma products is a Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

HLL has identified the following vacancies on Fixed Term Contract basis for candidates having B.Pharm / MBA (Marketing) or equivalent. Interested candidates may walk-in for an interview as detailed below:

Essential: Minimum five year experience in sales and marketing of surgical products, medical devices/disposables, pharmaceuticals through direct promotion to practicing doctors. Minimum three years experience as State Sales Head managing a team of at least 5 members.
 
Desirable: Experience in selling surgical sutures through direct promotion to practicing surgeons.

Job Profile
Responsible for the sales and marketing activities of Surgical product range comprising of Surgical Sutures, Hernia Mesh and associated products in the region. Achievement of sales target for the region and implementation of product promotion plans, supervision and administration of the sales team. Target setting and performance monitoring of team members. Talent identification, recruitment, training and skill development of sales team, development of trade distribution channel.

# Conducting sales meetings to ensure smooth functioning of sales operation.
# Tracking the competitors activities and managing the stockists and other channel partners.

SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates should produce their Community Certificate in original from the concerned Revenue Authorities. Failure to produce the above certificates in original will disqualify you from appearing for the interview. No travelling allowance will be paid for attending the interview.  Initial place of posting will be Jaipur/Lucknow/Patna/Any where in India.
