Healthcare Service Division of HLL Lifecare Limited has setup HINDLABS in Maharashtra state for which the company is looking for dynamic and performance driven professionals for the following positions on Fixed Tenure Contract basis. We are also looking for PATHOLOGIST on Consultant basis. POSITION	QUALIFICATION & RELAVANT POST QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE
QUALITY MANAGER	MSC Science with PGDMLT/DMLT OR MSC (Microbiology/Biochemistry/MLT/Health Science) Minimum 2 years experience in medical laboratory diagnostic testing/QC testing/research labs/QA management. Candidate with project & quality management experience/certification in QA management systems and internal audit in medical laboratories shall get the weightage
QUALITY OFFICER	MSC Science with PGDMLT/DMLT/ MSC (Microbiology/Biochemistry/MLT/Health Science) with 1 year experience in medical laboratory testing. BSC (Microbiology/Biochemistry) with DMLT/PGDMLT/BSC (MLT) with 3 years experience in medical laboratory testing.
SENIOR LAB TECHNICIAN	DMLT with 8 years / BSC(MLT) with  7 years or  MSC(MLT) with 5 years
LAB TECHNICIAN	DMLT with 4 years or BSC(MLT) with 3 years
ACCOUNTS OFFICER	MCom/CA Inter/ICWA Inter 2 years of post qualification experience in finance & accounts functions of a commercial organization
IT SUPPORT ENGINEER	MSC (Computer Science / IT) with 1 year experience in networking BSC (Computer Science/IT) with 2 years experience in networking/IT hardware.
PROJECT COORDINATOR	BSC Microbiology/Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/MLT/Zoology- with 3 years experience.   MSC Microbiology/Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/MLT/Zoology- with 1 year’s experience.

The selection procedure for all the above position may comprise of Skill Test and Written test.  The shortlisted candidates of   Lab Technician/Sr.Lab Technician need to appear for skill test and those who are qualifying in the skill test alone will be allowed to attend written test.  For the position of Accounts Officer/IT Support Engineer/ Quality Officer/Project Coordinator have only written test. Duration for the written test is 30 minutes and the maximum mark is 50.
 
Age: Maximum 37 years as on 01.07.2019.
 
Interested and eligible candidates may walk-in for selection test between 10.00 AM and 01.00 NOON.

(Candidates who register up to 01 Noon only will be allowed to attend the selection test. Candidates are required to bring their original Mark sheets and Certificates for verification)


General Conditions
 

1. Upper age relaxation will be given to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH, as per Government of India Rules in this regard.

 

1. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.

 

1. Candidates are requested to fill up the Application Blank attached herewith affixing their latest passport size photograph, which has to be produced at the time of verification of certificates.

 

1. Appointment will be on Fixed Tenure Contract basis.

 

1. Candidates are required to bring all certificates in original along with attested copies to prove age, qualification, experience and latest salary certificate with break-up. SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates should produce their Community Certificate in original from the concerned Revenue Authorities. Failure to produce the above certificates in original will disqualify from appearing for the selection test.

 

1. Proposed place of posting shown in the detail may vary as per the business requirement, management keeps the right for the final place of posting as deemed fit.

 

1. Only candidates with relevant QUALIFICATION and EXPERIENCE will be permitted to attend the written test.

 
NOTE:
 
Selection for the position of Quality Manager will be conducted only at Kharghar on 22.07.2019.
 
Selection for the post of Accounts Officer will be conducted only at Nagpur and Kharghar on 09^th and 22^rd July 2019 respectively.
 
Selection for the post of IT Support Engineer will be conducted only at  Nagpur on   09.07.2019
