WALK IN SELECTION TEST - MASTER TRAINER (On Fixed Term Contract Basis)

HLL Management Academy (HMA) is the educational initiative of HLL Lifecare Limited (HLL) instituted as a knowledge platform for providing learning, Research and Training with primary focus on healthcare domain and with continued commitment to current and future generations. HMA is looking for candidates with passion for teaching for the following position on FIXED TERM CONTRACT basis for its Academy located at Keston Road, Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram:

 

1. MASTER TRAINER (On Fixed Term Contract Basis)

Nursing and candidate should have attended and passed ToT organized by HSSC.	Desirable: Working experience as Master Trainer for GDA and HHA courses.	Consolidated pay range: Rs. 9,500 - 19,000 per month   (The consolidated pay will be fixed within the pay range depending on the qualification, experience and the current pay drawn by the candidate. The consolidated pay will be \ inclusive of all allowances and benefits).
Job Responsibility : To coordinate the operations and functions in running the batches of GDA & HHA and any other courses as required at HMA.

 
Interested candidates are requested to attend the Walk in Selection Test, which is scheduled as
below.
 
Date of Selection Test: 05^th July 2019
 
Time of Registration: 09.30 AM to 11.00 AM (Candidates attending after 11.00 AM will not be considered)
Verification of documents: 11.00 AM to 01.00 PM
Time of Selection Test: 02.00 PM to 03.00 PM
 
Venue: HLL Management Academy (HMA)
Keston Road (Near Brand Factory, Style Plus Road)
Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram
 
 
Candidates who are interested in attending the selection test have to submit:
 
A) duly complete the Blank Application Form which is to downloaded from
www.lifecarehll.com/careers (affixing your latest passport size photograph) and
 
B) submit the following documents in original along with self-attested photo copies for verification:
 

1. Proof of age (SSLC certificate/Birth Certificate from the concerned authority)
2. Certificate to prove qualification – Essential:  B.Sc Nursing & proof of qualifying the Training of Trainers (ToT) organized by HSSC for GDA and HHA courses.
3. Mark sheets
4. Experience Certificate - Desirable:  Minimum One Year experience in coordinating the operations and functions in running GDA & HHA courses.
5. Last Salary certificate / Pay slip
6. Community Certificate from the concerned Revenue Authority for SC/ST
7. Community Certificate from the concerned Revenue Authority for OBC (non-creamy layer, issued within 6 months)
8. Photo ID Proof (Voters ID/ Passport / Driving Licence / Aadhar Card)

 
Failure to produce the above certificates in original will disqualify the candidate from the selection process.
 
The criteria for selection to the post of MASTER TRAINER shall be as under:

• Only candidates with relevant Qualification and Experience will be permitted to attend the written test.
• No travelling allowance will be paid for undergoing the above process
