ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT – FINANCE
Requirements
Maximum Age: 50 years as on 01.08.2026
Scale of Pay: Rs. 90000 - 240000
Gross Salary: Rs. 189630(Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
Annual CTC: ₹27.65 lakh (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
Qualification:
Essential: CA / CMA
Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: Minimum 18 years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, treasury, taxation, budgeting, statutory compliance, audit, and financial reporting in a large, multi-business organization. Track record of driving financial performance, optimizing resource allocation, strengthening internal controls, and providing strategic insights to support organizational growth and value creation.
Candidates from CPSUs shall be holding posts in the scale of pay of Rs. 80000 - 220000 (Revised 2017 Scale) / Rs. 32900 - 58000 (pre-revised 2007 scale) for a minimum period of two years.
Desirable: Expertise in capital structuring, financial governance, risk management, and Board-level financial advisory, with a strong understanding of regulatory and accounting frameworks.
