Walk in interview for Trainees under its Training & Development Scheme
HLL Lifecare Limited, a Mini Ratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India looks out for personnel for Training under its Training & Development Scheme to enable them to seek eventual employment elsewhere. Interested persons meeting the following requirements may appear for the Interview with duly filled form (to be downloaded) along with the photocopy of certificates.
GRADUATE TRAINEE UNDER T & D SCHEME
Qualification : Science Graduates with min. 50% marks (45% for SC/ST)
Nature & Tenure of
Engagement : 3 years
Maximum Age : a) 18-30 years (as on 01.09.2015)
Relaxation of 3 years for OBC & 5 years for SC/ST)
Stipend : 1st year - Rs 7000/- p.m.
2nd year - Rs 7500/- p.m.
3rd year - Rs 8000/- p.m

Time : 11.00 am – 01.00 pm
SSLC TRAINEE UNDER T & D SCHEME
Qualification : Pass in SSLC
Nature & Tenure of
Engagement : 3 years
Maximum Age : a) 18-35 years (as on 01.09.2015)
(Relaxation of 3 years for OBC & 5 years for SC/ST)
Stipend : 1st year - Rs 6000/- p.m.
2nd year - Rs 6500/- p.m.
3rd year - Rs 7000/- p.m

ITI TRAINEE UNDER T & D SCHEME
Qualification : ITI Pass
Nature & Tenure of
Engagement : 3 years
Maximum Age : a) 18-35 years (as on 01.09.2015)
(Relaxation of 3 years for OBC & 5 years for SC/ST)
Stipend : 1st year - Rs 6500/- p.m.
2nd year - Rs 7000/- p.m.
3rd year - Rs 7500/- p.m

General conditions
- Reservation as per Govt. of India Rules
- Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
- The above training will not confer on them any claim as of right or otherwise for consideration for regular employment in the Company.
- The training will be for a period of 3 years only which could be reduced at the discretion of the Company without notice and without assigning any reason what so ever.
- The training will be at Akkulam factory, Thiruvananthapuram.
- Those who have undergone training once in the Company under this scheme are not eligible to apply.
The candidates attending Walk-in-Interview should bring the following:-
- Original certificates to prove age, qualification and experience if any.
- SC/ST candidates to bring certificates obtained from competent authority.
- OBC Candidates to bring creamy layer certificates from competent authority.
- One recent passport size photograph.
- Copies of the above certificates attested by the Gazetted Officer.
