ADVETISEMENT FOR THE POSITION OF DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (ENGINEERING)

Requirements
Maximum Age : 45 years as on 01.08.2025
 
Scale of Pay (For Regular appointment): Rs. 70000 – 200000/-
Annual CTC: Rs.19.92 Lakhs (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
 
Qualification:
Essential: BE/B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering / Applied
                 Electronics and Instrumentation.
Desirable: M.Tech / MBA (Operations / Project Management)
 
Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: Minimum 10+ years of experience in Engineering and Maintenance functions, with at least 5 years in a leadership
                role in a regulated manufacturing environment in  Pharma / Medical Device / Healthcare sector.
 
Skills and Competencies required:
 Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
 Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance (GMP, ISO, EMS, Energy Audit).
 Experience in project management, utility systems, and energy management.
 Exposure to modern engineering tools such as CMMS, AutoCAD, SCADA/BMS/PLC systems.
 Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
 
Candidates from CPSUs should be holding posts in the scale of Rs. 60000 - 180000
(Revised 2017 scale) / Rs. 24900 - 50500 (Pre-revised 2007 scale) for a period of two years as on 01.08.2025
