Selection will be based on the qualification, experience and the marks in the written test & Interview. Shortlisted candidates need to appear for a written test & Interview. Duration for the written test is 25 minutes and the maximum marks is 20.
 
Age: Maximum 37 years as on 01.09.2016.
 
Interested and eligible candidates may walk-in for selection test between 10.00 AM and 12.00 NOON.
 
(Candidates who register upto 12 Noon only will be allowed to attend the selection test. Candidates are required to bring their original Mark sheets and Certificates for verification)
 
 
General Conditions
 
  1. Upper age relaxation will be given to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH, as per Government of India Rules in this regard.
         2. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.

         3. Candidates are requested to fill up the Application Blank attached herewith affixing their latest passport size photograph,          which has to be produced at the time of verification of certificates.
 
         4. Appointment will be on Fixed Tenure Contract basis.
 
         5. Candidates are required to bring all certificates in original along with attested copies to prove age, qualification, experience and latest salary certificate with break-up. SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates should produce their Community Certificate in original from the concerned Revenue Authorities. Failure to produce the above certificates in original will disqualify from appearing for the selection test.
 
         6. Proposed place of posting shown in the detail may vary as per the business requirement, management keeps the right for the final place of posting as deemed fit.
 
         7. Only candidates with relevant QUALIFICATION and EXPERIENCE will be permitted to attend the written test.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION - PROJECT COORDINATORS
 
Job Summary:
 
Under the direction of the Project Manager, oversees the day-to-day operations of a facility, a large laboratory or several laboratories. Organizes, distributes and verifies the work of others and participates in their training. Establishes priorities and schedules of projects. Coordinates execution of projects and service. Prepares quotations. Develops procedures and makes recommendations to improve unit efficiency. Develops methodology. Analyses and interprets data. Acts as resource person, resolves problems and instructs others. Maintains equipment.
 
Major Duties and Responsibilities: 
 
 
  • Visit the Path labs of HLL  in each district  of Maharashtra to ensure the quality of testing
  • Documentation verification – laboratory SOP’s
  • Implement the quality standards in testing
  • Verification laboratory test reports
  • Periodic Visit to the labs in Taluk headquarters of the district 
  • Coordination with the testing lab and the logistic management partner for timely supply of sample and testing & reporting with in the define TAT.
  • Verification and approval of TAT maintained by testing lab and logistics management service provider
  • Coordination with the government hospital centers from where the patient samples are collected in each district.
  • Verification of documents & patient test requisition documents in all the sample collection centers.
  • Billing and coordination for payment approvals.
  • Coordination with the project manager
