Basic pay range:
For Associate Manager, Rs. 25000 - 45000 /-
Gross Salary:
For Associate Manager, Rs. 50275.00 (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
Annual CTC:
For Associate Manager, Rs. 7.22 Lakhs (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
 
Qualification:
Essential: BE / B.Tech (Civil)
 
Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: Minimum One year experience in construction project management, infrastructure development, or facility maintenance.
 

• Proficiency in project management and engineering software tools is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, maintenance, and infrastructure projects.
• Project planning, scheduling, and execution capabilities.
• Cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Ability to prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently under minimal supervision.
