                             For Associate Manager, 37 years for Postgraduates and Graduates
                                       40 years for Diploma Holders as on 01.05.2026
Pay Details:
Basic pay range:
For Junior Manager, Rs. 20000-40000 /-
For Associate Manager, Rs. 25000 - 45000 /-
Gross Salary:
For Junior Manager, Rs. 40220.00 (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
For Associate Manager, Rs. 50275.00 (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
Annual CTC:
For Junior Manager, Rs. 5.83 Lakhs (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
For Associate Manager, Rs. 7.22 Lakhs (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale of the scale.
Annual CTC: Rs.5.83 Lakhs (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale
 
Qualification:
Essential  : MBA / MHM / MHA/ MSc (MLT) / BSc (MLT) / PGDMLT / DMLT

Essential:
 
For the post of Junior Manager:

  • For Postgraduate and Graduate holders: Fresher’s can apply
  • For Diploma holders: Minimum 5 year of post-qualification experience in business development, sample management, client management, and sample logistics management in the diagnostic segment.
 
For the post of Associate Manager:
  • For Postgraduate and Graduates holders: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in business development, sample management, client management, and sample logistics management in the diagnostic segment.
  • For Diploma holders: Minimum 7 year of post-qualification experience in business development, sample management, client management, and sample logistics management in the diagnostic segment.
