VICE PRESIDENT – PRODUCT MARKETING
Requirements
Maximum Age: 52 years as on 01.08.2026
The upper age limit can be further relaxed subject to equivalent years of excess post qualification experience prescribed (Documents proving excess years of experience may be uploaded). However, the maximum age with relaxation shall not exceed 57 years.
Remuneration: A consolidated amount commensurate with the qualification, experience and last drawn salary of the selected incumbent
Qualification:
Essential: MBA – Marketing / Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing
Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: Minimum 20 years' of overall post-qualification experience, with at least 7 years in leadership roles with demonstrated experience across one or more relevant areas such as healthcare product marketing, hospital products, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, diagnostic kits or medical products, with proven capability in portfolio strategy, market development and leadership of cross-functional teams.
Desirable: Experience in Government and institutional business development, tender-led markets, key-account management, channel partnerships and improving product-wise revenue visibility and conversion.
