ADVETISEMENT FOR THE POSITION OF SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER (QA)
Requirements
Maximum Age: 45 years as on 01.04.2026
Pay Details:
Basic pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): Rs. 35000 - 65000 /-
Gross Salary - Rs.70140.00 (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
Annual CTC: Rs.9.95 Lakhs (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
Qualification:
Essential: MSC (Microbiology/Health Science/Biochemistry/MLT)
Post Qualification Experience:
Essential : Minimum 6 years of post qualification experience in QC/QA of diagnostic lab including Biochemistry, Hematology, Histopathology, Microbiology, Hormone analysis etc. Experience in NABL documentation NABL audits and supervise and guiding NABL activities is mandatory. Candidate should have experience of monitoring the QC of more than 25 chain of labs and audits of chain of labs.
