ELIGIBILITY

A) Qualification

Management Trainee (Marketing)	Two year Full time course with minimum 60% aggregate marks from University/ Institutes* of repute and standing in any of the following domains: MBA (Marketing) PGDBM (Marketing) (equivalent to MBA) MIB MPIB
Management Trainee (Human Resources)	Two year Full time course with minimum 60% aggregate marks from University/ Institutes* of repute and standing in any of the following domains: MHRM MBA (HR) MSW (PM&IR) MA (PM&IR) PGDPM (equivalent to MBA) Additional qualification of LLB desirable.
Management Trainee (Pharma)	B.PHARM (Full time course only)* with minimum 60% aggregate marks. Additional qualification of MBA desirable.

*All qualifications should be recognized by AICTE / appropriate Indian Statutory Authority.

Final year students:

Candidates appearing for their Final Semester Examination and expecting their final results by 31st July, 2015 can also apply subject to passing the qualifying degree with 60% marks (average of all semesters) at the time of interview. Candidates failing to produce the Provisional Certificate and Mark Sheets in original at the time of interview shall not be considered.

(B) Age:

Upper Age: 30 years as on 01.06.2015.
(To be eligible to apply under General category, candidate must be born on or after 01.06.1985. If a candidate was born before 01.06.1985, for example on 31.05.1985, he/she is not eligible to apply under General category).

The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST, 3 years in the case of candidates belonging to OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and 10 years for PwD (Persons with Disabilities).

SELECTION

The selection process will consist of Written Test and Interview. The tentative date of written test will be on Sunday, 02nd August 2015. However, candidates shall refer the web site of HLL (www.lifecarehll.com/careers) for details regarding the exact date and time of the written test.

APPLICATION FEE

An application fee of Rs.500/- (plus applicable bank charges) is to be remitted through the Payment Gateway which is available after completing the ONLINE application form. Application fee once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/ PwD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

WRITTEN TEST

Candidates will have to download the Admit Card (Hall Ticket) from the web site (www.lifecarehll.com/careers). Eligible candidates will be required to appear for objective type written test at any one of the centers at New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai & Thiruvananthapuram which will be held simultaneously. However, depending upon the response, HLL reserves the right to cancel or add any center. Candidates will have to choose one center from the list and the same cannot be changed once online form is submitted.

Candidates who secure the minimum qualifying marks in the written test alone will be called for the interview.

ADMIT CARD

Candidates who are allowed to appear for the All India written examination are required to login to HLL website (www.lifecarehll.com/careers) to download/print their Admit Card for appearing for the written test. Notification regarding the same will be published in the HLL website tentatively on or after 22nd July, 2015.

Candidates are informed to appear for the examination with the downloaded ADMIT CARD (HALL TICKET) and any one of the following valid IDENTITY CARD with PHOTO in original for allowing entry inside the venue of the examination.
Voters ID / Passport / Driving Licence / Aadhar Card
Those who fail to bring original Photo ID will not be permitted entry inside the venue of the examination and will be disqualified from appearing for the examination.

TRAINING & PLACEMENT

Candidates selected as Management Trainee will be placed on training for a period of One year in HLL or any of its subsidiary companies anywhere in India. On successful completion of training, the candidates shall be placed under probation in the Executive cadre in HLL or any of its subsidiary companies anywhere in India.

SERVICE BOND

Selected candidates will be required to execute a bond for Rs.50,000/- agreeing to serve the Company for a minimum period of Two years.

EMOLUMENTS

During the period of training, the Management Trainees will be given a stipend of Rs.20,000/- per month (under revision).

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Reservation as per Govt. of India Rules.
• Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
• All qualifications should be recognized by AICTE / appropriate Indian statutory authority.
• No TA will be paid to any candidate for appearing in the written examination.
• Those who are shortlisted by the Company alone will be called for the Interview/Test.
• Depending on the requirement, the Company reserves the right to cancel/restrict/enlarge/curtail the recruitment process as well as the number of positions keeping in view the company’s needs without any further notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
• The candidates are advised to ensure while applying that they fulfill the eligibility criteria and other requirements mentioned and that the particulars furnished by them are correct in all respects. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment process that the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria and / or does not comply with other requirements of this advertisement and/or he/she has furnished any incorrect or false information or has suppressed any material fact, his/her candidature is liable to be summarily rejected. If any of the above shortcomings are detected even after appointment, his/her services will be terminated without any notice or pay in lieu thereof.

HOW TO APPLY

• Interested and eligible candidates may apply ONLINE ONLY through HLL website www.lifecarehll.com/careers . No other means/mode of application will be accepted.
• Before applying, the candidates should ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility norms. Their application will be provisional as their eligibility will be verified only at the time of interview.
• Candidates should ensure to complete the application and remittance of application fee in one sitting. (SC/ST and PwD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee).
• Candidates should note that examination will be conducted simultaneously on the same date and time for all disciplines. Hence they are advised to apply ONLY for one discipline in which they are interested to be selected.

Please keep the following ready before proceeding to apply:

• A soft copy of latest passport size photograph (taken within last 6 months) in JPG, GIF or PNG Format of maximum size 35 Kb and dimension 150 X 173 Pixels.
• E-mail ID (which must be valid for a minimum period of one year).
• Valid Debit/Credit card/Online banking details.

Steps for Applying

STEP 1: Log on to www.lifecarehll.com/careers and click the link Recruitment of Management Trainees-2015.

STEP 2: Read CAREFULLY all the information and instructions given and familiarize before proceeding to the ONLINE application form. At the end of the page click the APPLY ONLINE link to proceed to the ONLINE application form.

After completing the ONLINE application form, click APPLICATION PREVIEW for ascertaining the entries made. After verification, candidates can PROCEED FOR PAYMENT. They should make remittance of Rs.500/- (plus applicable bank charges) towards application fee through the Payment Gateway. Application fee once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories are exempted from payment of application fee. They can preview and SUBMIT the application.

STEP 3: After making payment (General & OBC candidates) /submitting application (SC/ST/PwD candidates), candidates can view the REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION page displaying the Registration Number. Candidates can also check their Email (given while submitting the online application) for Registration Confirmation and can take a print out of the same for future reference.

ATTENTION of those applicants who have received Payment ID from PayUmoney, but yet to receive Registration Number through email from HLL.

It is noticed that some applicants who had submitted the online application did not receive their HLL Registration Number through email even after successfully making the remittance of Rs.500/- through the PayUmoney payment gateway. These applicants however received their Payment ID from PayUmoney. Such applicants are hereby informed that they will be issued their Registration Number through their email ID’s shortly once the data is reconciled. They are requested to check their email (including SPAM folder) for further communication.

GENERAL INFORMATION ON WRITTEN TEST

• The All India written test for the selection of Management Trainees is tentatively scheduled on SUNDAY, 02nd August, 2015at various locations in New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai & Thiruvananthapuram. Eligible candidates will be required to appear for objective type written test at any one of the location which will be held simultaneously. However, depending upon the response, HLL reserves the right to cancel or add any center.

Notification regarding the same will be published in the HLL website tentatively on or after 22nd July, 2015.
• Candidates are informed to appear for the test with the downloaded ADMIT CARD (HALL TICKET) and any one of the following valid original photo affixed IDENTITY proof for allowing entry inside the venue of the test. Voters ID / Passport / Driving Licence / Aadhar Card / Student ID / any other valid photo ID. Those who fail to bring original Photo ID will not be permitted entry inside the venue of the test and will be disqualified from appearing for the test.
• The admission to the test is provisional and will not confer any claim unless the eligibility conditions in the Recruitment of Management Trainees-2015 Notification published in the web site of HLL (www.lifecarehll.com/careers) are satisfied.
• The time of the test will be from 10.30 AM to 11.45 AM and the total duration of the test will be 75 minutes.
• Candidates should occupy their seats in the examination hall with the downloaded Admit card at least 30 minutes before the commencement of test (by 10.00 AM) for verification of identity.
• Candidates reaching after 10.30 AM for the test will not be admitted to the Examination hall.
• A separate OMR Sheet will be given to mark the answers.
• There are a total of 100 objective type questions to answer and all questions carry equal marks. Each correct answer carries one mark and for each wrong answer one fourth (1/4) mark will be deducted. No negative mark for unattended questions.
• Each question is provided with four choices (A), (B), (C), and (D) having one correct answer. Choose the correct answer and darken the bubble corresponding to the question number using ONLY BLUE/BLACK Ball-Point Pen in the OMR answer sheet. No other colour ball point pen should be used.
• Written Test will consist of 100 Objective type questions and 50 questions will be from General Arithmetic, English Comprehension, Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge and Aptitude. The subject 50 questions will be from the respective disciplines for Pharma, HR, Marketing and General Engineering for all Engineering disciplines.
• Questions once answered cannot be changed. Therefore take utmost care while answering each question. Giving more than one choice for one question will be treated as invalid.
• Books, Calculators, Mobile phones or any other electronic equipment are not allowed inside the examination hall.
• Any malpractice or attempt to commit any kind of malpractice in the test will result in the disqualification of the candidate.
