Family Counsellor for its Peroorkada Factory ON FIXED TERM CONTRACT basis
HLL Lifecare Limited, a Mini Ratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India invites application for selection as Family Counsellor for engagement for its Peroorkada Factory ON FIXED TERM CONTRACT basis.
Qualification : MSW (Specialization in Social work) or Post Graduate Degree in Psychology
Experience : 2 years experience as a Counsellor/Psychologist in a
reputed organization
Nature and tenure : Fixed Term Contract initially for a period of one year
of engagement extendable for two more years @ one year each (total
three years) based on performance and requirement
Age : 30 years as on 31.12.2014
Consolidated Pay : Rs.16,000/- per month
Other benefits : PF, Medical benefit, Group Personal Accident Coverage,
Leave and Holidays etc.

Venue & Time : HLL Peroorkada Factory
02.00 pm to 04.00 pm
Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates as per Govt. of India rules.
Interested candidates may attend the interview with originals of certificates and self attested copies and a recent passport size photograph. SC/ST/OBC to bring caste certificate. Please report at 01.30 pm.
General conditions
a) Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
b) The above engagement will not confer any claim as of right or otherwise for consideration for regular employment in the company.
c) The engagement will be for a maximum period of 3 years only as said above which could be reduced at the discretion of the Company without notice and without assigning any reason what so ever.
d) Those who have undergone engagement once in the Company on Fixed Term contract basis as Counsellor are not eligible to apply.
