Recruitment of MANAGEMENT TRAINEES-2015

ATTENTION of those applicants who have received Payment ID from PayUmoney, but yet to receive Registration Number through email from HLL.

It is noticed that some applicants who had submitted the online application did not receive their HLL Registration Number through email even after successfully making the remittance of Rs.500/- through the PayUmoney payment gateway. These applicants however received their Payment ID from PayUmoney. Such applicants are hereby informed that they will be issued their Registration Number through their email ID’s shortly once the data is reconciled. They are requested to check their email (including SPAM folder) for further communication.

Regret the inconvenience caused in the matter.

GENERAL INFORMATION ON WRITTEN TEST

• The All India written test for the selection of Management Trainees is tentatively scheduled on SUNDAY, 02nd August, 2015at various locations in New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai & Thiruvananthapuram. Eligible candidates will be required to appear for objective type written test at any one of the location which will be held simultaneously. However, depending upon the response, HLL reserves the right to cancel or add any center.
• Candidates who are allowed to appear for the All India written test are required to login to HLL website (www.lifecarehll.com/careers) to download/print their Admit Card for appearing for the written test. Notification regarding the same will be published in the HLL website tentatively on or after 22nd July, 2015.
• Candidates are informed to appear for the test with the downloaded ADMIT CARD (HALL TICKET) and any one of the following valid original photo affixed IDENTITY proof for allowing entry inside the venue of the test. Voters ID / Passport / Driving Licence / Aadhar Card / Student ID / any other valid photo ID. Those who fail to bring original Photo ID will not be permitted entry inside the venue of the test and will be disqualified from appearing for the test.
• The admission to the test is provisional and will not confer any claim unless the eligibility conditions in the Recruitment of Management Trainees-2015 Notification published in the web site of HLL (www.lifecarehll.com/careers) are satisfied.
• The time of the test will be from 10.30 AM to 11.45 AM and the total duration of the test will be 75 minutes.
• Candidates should occupy their seats in the examination hall with the downloaded Admit card at least 30 minutes before the commencement of test (by 10.00 AM) for verification of identity.
• Candidates reaching after 10.30 AM for the test will not be admitted to the Examination hall.
• A separate OMR Sheet will be given to mark the answers.
• There are a total of 100 objective type questions to answer and all questions carry equal marks. Each correct answer carries one mark and for each wrong answer one fourth (1/4) mark will be deducted. No negative mark for unattended questions.
• Each question is provided with four choices (A), (B), (C), and (D) having one correct answer. Choose the correct answer and darken the bubble corresponding to the question number using ONLY BLUE/BLACK Ball-Point Pen in the OMR answer sheet. No other colour ball point pen should be used.
• Written Test will consist of 100 Objective type questions and 50 questions will be from General Arithmetic, English Comprehension, Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge and Aptitude. The subject 50 questions will be from the respective disciplines for Pharma, HR, Marketing and General Engineering for all Engineering disciplines.
• Questions once answered cannot be changed. Therefore take utmost care while answering each question. Giving more than one choice for one question will be treated as invalid.
• Books, Calculators, Mobile phones or any other electronic equipment are not allowed inside the examination hall.
• Any malpractice or attempt to commit any kind of malpractice in the test will result in the disqualification of the candidate.
