She has an experience of over 30 years in technical and managerial positions with HLL. She has held a variety of roles in the company, including Vice President of HLL Corporate R&D, CEO of HLL Management Academy, the academic and social development division of HLL, CEO of Goa Antibiotics & Pharmaceuticals Limited (subsidiary of HLL), in charge of the HR department at HLL, and Unit Chief of HLL Peroorkada factory.

 

She graduated from the University of Kerala with a B.Tech in chemical engineering. She obtained her M.Tech in Technology and Development and her PhD in Municipal Solid Waste Management from IIT Mumbai.
