| Pre-Qualification |
a) The annual turnover of the supplier should be at least 7 LAKHS
b) The supplier must have supplied optical equipments to Ophthalmic departments of major hospitals/Institutes or Leading Optical retailers.
c) The supplier should have minimum three years of experience in this field as on 10.04.2014
