1. The scope of work includes:
Garden maintenance & estate upkeep services for a period of Two (2) years at corporate and registered office, annex offices, guest houses, leased houses & allied parks at Trivandrum.

| Pre-Qualification |
a. The applicant should have executed at least one work of value Rs. 10 lakhs of providing Gardening & estate upkeep services in any one of the industry for a continuous period of one calendar year during the last 7 years ending 31.01.2014
b. Documental proof for the above eligibility criteria should be submitted along with offer.
c. Tenderers should have CST/ESIC/PF& WCT registration.
