A Rapid Test Card for Qualitative Detection of Dengue virus in Human Serum and Plasma. MAKESURE™ Rapid Dengue tests are based on lateral flow immunochromatographic principle. Dengue NS1 antigen: Membrane strip is pre-coated with Anti dengue  NS1 antibodies specific to dengue NS1  antigen. Dengue IgG+IgM : Membrane strip is pre-coated with Anti  human IgG and IgM  antibodies to Dengue virus.
